Yin Yoga Classes at Yin & Yoga, Chalfont St. Giles, HP8 4FG

Sundays – from 13th Jan 2019, at 9.00am and from Monday 7th Jan 2019 at 7.30pm

In these classes we work through 7-8 poses and are passive for few moments using blocks and bolsters as support. We stretch the fascia the connective tissues round the joints, increasing your circulation, calming and de-stressing – to name just a few benefits!

Group Classes with Lottie at Amersham Common Village Hall

Tuesdays – Beginners 7.15pm to 8.00pm

This is a perfect class if you are new to yoga and would like to learn the basics, easy breathing exercises and meditation or if you haven’t practiced yoga for a while and would like to brush up on your yoga skills. Week by week we learn new poses (asanas) and sequences.

£6.00 per class or buy 6 for the price of 5 – to be used up within 7 weeks.

Wednesdays – Mixed Levels 7.30pm to 8.30pm 

A Flow yoga class. This a great class for those who have practiced yoga for a few months. We focus on flowing and moving with the breath working through sequences with always an opportunity to modify the poses depending if it needs to be less or more challenging. I include some breathing exercises and meditation with a nice amount of time at the end for relaxation.

£8.00 per class or buy 6 for the price of 5 – to be used up within 7 weeks.

Saturdays – Mixed Levels 10.00am to 11.00am 

A Flow yoga class. This a great class for those who have practiced yoga for a few months. Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing. Leave at least 2 hours from eating a main meal.

Private Classes

I teach one-to-one classes for those who might prefer the set up of one-to-one rather than a group class. If you are a beginner you will learn the poses and simple sequences, breathing exercises and practice mediation or if you are already practicing you may want to focus on particular poses or learn more philosophy for example.
